- Credit Card Payment (VISA, MASTER) are accepted by Online/ Wire Transfer. It will be charged 5 % of paying amount to cover a range of costs associated with processing bookings paid for by credit card including the merchant fees of the various credit card companies, payment processing costs and administration costs.

The entire prepaid or cashed price including service charges will be non-refundable based on the non- utilizing of the customers beyond the commencement of travel.

(b) Hotel Cancellation
Hotel cancellation MUST be made 6 weeks before of CHECK IN DATE. Cancellation Fee may be charged depend on the individual hotel policy that we inform when the booking has been done. 100% will be charged for NO SHOW.
(c) Domestic Air tickets
(i) Fully Non-Refundable after issued the tickets with LOW COST AIRLINES.
(ii) NORMAL DOMESTIC AIRLINES are available to make cancel before 7days of travel date but the all the tickets are non-transferable and follow by the rule of Airlines. The cancellation fee and processing fee will be charged if the ticket has been issued.
(iii) If any occurs of NO SHOW, which can be apply for the REFUND with CHARGED.
We understand that cancellations are a part of the travel business. So we try to be as flexible as possible with our policy. We will always try to minimize any cancellation fees to all our clients.
During peak season travel times and for certain size groups there may be special cancellation fees so please inquire when booking. After commencement of travel no refund either in full or in part, will be given for unused services included in the program unless it is directly caused by Golden Bell Family Travel.

The children under 11-year-old of sharing room with parents will be charged the 75% of adult fare. Infant 2 years and younger (not occupying a bed or seat in cabin of aircraft) will not be charged. Please check with Golden Bell Family when making your reservations.
It is highly recommend that travel insurance covering health, trip cancellation lost and damage luggage etc. be purchased.
RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
Golden Bell Family Travel acts as the agent for the person in regarding to travel by any means of transportation and assume no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the person including those occurring outside the touring programs.

Golden Bell Family Travel, therefore, urges all travelers and tour operators to ensure that appropriate medical coverage in place, if medical care and/or evacuation are needed. In case t of such circumstances, additional costs shall be paid by the tourists. Participation in the tour implies the person’s agreement to the above mentioned.
Accommodation is provided as being indicated. The respective hotel would express the condition, services, and facilities. The best available alternative hotel where the facilities do not exist would be provided. Accommodation at alternative hotels of equal quality will be provided if circumstance dictate. Tariff is twin-sharing based. There will be single supplement liable if a separate single occupation is required. The related hotel takes full responsibilities for the inconveniences if there should be any dissatisfaction during your stay. Daily breakfast, service charges and taxes at the hotels are normally included if not otherwise indicated clearly.
Golden Bell Family Travels provides either Lunch and/or dinner in hotels or in appropriate local restaurants, if full board or half board is indicated in the tour price. Normally, Breakfast is serving at the hotel in major cities. Take away food will be provided on various trekking and adventure tours.
Our guides would escort for all transfers and sightseeing’s. The language guides accompanying throughout the tour would be added in offered tariff.
Ground transportation will be provided as indicated. Golden Bell Family Travel utilizes all vehicles equipped with air-conditioning however due to poor road conditions and poor quality of gas the function will be slightly changed in proper way. In same areas, where facilities do not exist we will provide the best available alternative.
COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS
First, all disputes, claims and litigations regarding to the services shall be settled by means of negotiation and mutual understanding. Finally, if all these efforts are failed to reach a reliable solution or successful resolution in the best term, shall be settled by means of arbitration method in accordance with the existing rules and regulations of Union of Myanmar.
